A Benefit for Mind Body Awareness Project and Spirit Rock

Description:
For two decades, the Mind Body Awareness Project has been transforming underserved communities—and training those who serve them—with mindfulness-based mental health tools that support equity, healing, and empowerment.

Our team of experts—specializing in mindfulness, psychology, and social and emotional learning (SEL)—address the trauma, stress, and anxiety that incarcerated and under-resourced communities face.

Join us for this special celebration in support of both Mind Body Awareness Project’s 20th year anniversary and Spirit Rock Meditation Center, with Jack Kornfield, Vinny Ferraro, Eve Ekman, and many more.
